Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the rules for using Tropsi websites, admin dashboards and tools.

1. Lawful use only

Users must not use Tropsi for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, harmful, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate activity.

2. Content uploads

Traders must only upload content they have permission to use, including images, logos, supplier artwork, customer photos, completion photos, accreditations, service details, customer notes, job details and documents.

3. Personal data

Traders must only upload or send personal data where they have a proper reason and permission to do so. This includes customer, job, quote, invoice, payment, review and enquiry information.

4. Security

Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, access another trade’s data, probe systems, upload malware or interfere with the Tropsi service.

5. Enforcement

Tropsi may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate access if this policy is breached.
