Tropsi provides website, trade administration, payment tracking, media, enquiry and related digital tools for tradespeople. Tropsi is a trading name of Avanza Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17202889.

These terms apply to traders, trader administrators, authorised users and public visitors who access Tropsi websites, trade pages, dashboards, forms or services.

Traders are responsible for keeping admin login details secure, choosing suitable administrators, removing access when people leave, and ensuring that information published through the dashboard is accurate and lawful.

Tropsi subscriptions are billed according to the plan shown at checkout or on the written order confirmation. Where a free trial is offered, billing may begin after the trial unless cancelled in line with the cancellation instructions provided.

Traders are responsible for all content they upload or publish, including logos, photos, customer details, supplier materials, news, job enquiries listings, job notes and payment information. Traders must only upload content they own or have permission to use.

Tropsi aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, hosting issues, payment provider issues or internet problems may affect access from time to time.

We may suspend or restrict access where payment is overdue, misuse is suspected, content appears unlawful, security is at risk, or these terms are seriously breached.

Tropsi is provided as a trade website and administration platform. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, reputational damage, incorrect trade content, or issues caused by third-party services.
