We may collect trade contact details, administrator details, website setup information, support messages, enquiry form submissions, CRM customer records, quote and invoice details, job scheduling records, job notes and photos, payment and subscription records, review request records, usage data, uploaded content and technical information such as device, browser and log data.

We use information to provide and maintain trade websites, manage subscriptions, send enquiries, quotes, invoices, payment links, receipts and review links, provide support, process website requests, secure accounts, improve Tropsi and comply with legal obligations.

Where traders upload customer, supplier, job, quote, invoice, payment, review or enquiry information, the trade may be the data controller and Tropsi may act as a processor. Traders should make sure they have a lawful basis and permission to provide that information to Tropsi and to send customer communications through the platform.

We may use providers such as hosting, database, storage, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, image handling and support service providers. These providers only receive information needed to provide their services.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Tropsi, manage legal/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and support trade account administration. Traders can request export or deletion of their data when leaving the platform.
