Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains Tropsi subscription cancellations, trial periods, failed payments and refund requests.

1. Free trial

Where a cardless trial is offered, no card details are taken during that period. If the trader adds card details after the cardless trial, the paid subscription starts immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Tropsi subscriptions are normally billed monthly at £20 per month for each trader website, unless a different price is shown at checkout or agreed in writing. The subscription includes CRM tools when requested, but website-only setup may be provided where CRM tools have not been requested or activated. The price, billing date and any trial details will be shown before payment or confirmed in writing.

3. Cancelling a subscription

Traders can request cancellation by contacting Tropsi or using the Stripe customer portal where available. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges rather than automatically refunding time already used. Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may not be refundable.

4. Refund requests

Refund requests will be reviewed case by case. We may consider refunds for duplicate payments, payment mistakes or where required by law.

5. Failed payments and suspension

If payment fails or becomes overdue, Tropsi may show payment prompts, restrict access or suspend the trade website until the issue is resolved.
