Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement explains how Tropsi may process personal data for traders using the platform.

1. Roles of the parties

For trade customer, customer, enquiry, job enquiries and payment records, the trade may act as data controller and Tropsi may act as data processor, unless the parties agree otherwise.

2. Processing instructions

Tropsi will process trade personal data to provide the platform, hosting, support, email delivery, database, security, payment-related integrations and related services requested by the trade.

3. Types of data

Data may include names, contact details, trade roles, customer profiles, job information, enquiry details, payment status records, uploaded images, admin account details and technical logs.

4. Security measures

Tropsi will use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including account authentication, access controls and secure third-party providers.

5. Sub-processors

Tropsi may use trusted sub-processors for hosting, databases, authentication, email, payments, analytics and support. These providers should process data only as needed to deliver their services.

6. Data deletion and return

When a trade leaves Tropsi, the trade can request reasonable export or deletion of trade data, subject to legal, accounting, security and backup retention requirements.
